Driver CPC – We can deliver either the Initial Driver CPC qualification (Module 2 & Module 4) or Periodic CPC depending on your requirement. Our Periodic CPC courses are delivered weekly at our training centre by experienced and professional instructors (or we can do so at any suitable customer location). Initial Driver CPC Modules 2 & 4
Module 2 – Case Study. We can book your Module 2 test to take place at one of the many test centres around the country. We can provide revision material for this test.
Module 4 – Practical Demonstration. This is the second (final) stage of the Initial Driver CPC. We carry out 1½ hours of tuition divided between the classroom and the vehicle. This is followed by a short drive to the test centre to take the practical demonstration test. Successful completion of this meaning you can now drive LGV vehicles.

Essential Driver Knowledge
This course covers an introduction to Driver CPC training, EU drivers hours regulations, road transport working time regulations, tachograph use & regulations, penalties, daily vehicle walk around checks plus much more.
Courteous & Fuel Efficient Driving
Presentation & discussion relating to the implementation of driving techniques that can improve fuel efficiency and awareness of vulnerable road users including cyclists, pedestrians, Motor Cyclists, & more.
Emergency First Aid at work
Role of the first aider, assessing the casualty, recovery position, managing seizures, need for CPR & CPR technique, control bleeding, burns & scalds.
Driver CPC (Periodic)
We currently offer nine different Driver CPC accredited courses as listed below. These courses are held in our modern and well equipped classrooms with plenty of free parking on site.
Classroom based CPC Prices:
£80 per 7 hour course (+VAT)
£8.75 DVSA Upload Fee
LGV Driver Best Practice
This course covers speed limits, parking restrictions, loading and unloading restrictions, overnight parking, weight restrictions, use of motorways and role of Highways Agency, transporting waste, load security & vehicle body types.
Safe Transport
Understanding inertia, heavy & light loads, load containment, understanding loading offences, driver responsibilities, five principles of load safety, load securing devices, understanding LOLER & PUWER.
Dangerous Goods (ADR) Tanks & Packages
Our 1 week Dangerous Goods (ADR) courses can be taken as a stand alone qualification and if required count as 28 hours towards your periodic Driver CPC. All regular ADR classes (not 1 & 7) are covered.
